24 hours cancellation notice is required prior to your scheduled appointment: If this is not given before an appointment, a $40 cancellation fee will be due, or deducted from any monies which you have already paid. If no deposit or payment has been made before the appointment, a $40 cancellation charge will be expected to be paid.
No-Shows – No turning up:
If you book an appointment, yet do not show up for your appointment because you have forgotten, or because you decide it’s inconvenient, or you change your mind, and at least 24 hours notice has not been given, a $40 cancellation fee will be expected to be paid.
